Watercolourist and Printmaker

Kevin Brown

Kevin is essentially a self-taught watercolourist and printmaker with no formal art education.

He had his own gallery near Hebden Bridge for a number of years before moving to the Yorkshire Dales in 2009.

He paints mainly landscapes with a particular interest in derelict farm buildings, but has in the past painted atmospheric pictures of steam locomotives. His etchings and dry points are of Yorkshire landscapes and sheep.

He has had work accepted for the Northern Lainge Art Competition and Exhibition at Dean Clough Gallery and the Royal Watercolour Society Open Exhibition at the Bankside Gallery.
