 David Davies’ early childhood was dominated by his prolific passion for painting. While always continuing to paint he has also pursued a successful career as a designer working in the fields of interior, product and environmental design; thus fulfilling his preoccupation with all things visual both in the arena of fine arts and industrial arts. Working mainly in pastel on watercolour paper his highly individual techniques have evolved to produce large, clear coloured and textured images depicting both landscapes and abstract subjects.
