Gill Barron : Born in Egypt (1949) I've been painting for a living for over 50 years , starting out as a traditional signwriter and vehicle painter. When computers took over from manual skills I turned to painting pictures, and was in the Society of Botanical Artists (SBA) for a while. I've lived in High Bentham since 1986, and currently I'm occupied beautifying Bentham's main street, in a surprise return to decorative signwriting.
